Hillsdale Arts & Crafts Festival Booth Registration

As we look forward to our 49th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival this fall, we are pleased to announce that it will be held in our new state of the art Pre-K-12 school facility. These are exciting times for our school, our community, and our arts and crafts festival.

Locations: Our new main gym will continue to host our handmade crafts. Please help us keep this space focused on handmade items.

Our elementary gym, which is located very close to the main gym, is the place for items like PinkZebra, Avon, etc. that are not crafts in the traditional sense. Handmade crafts may also be sold in this space. Everyone who was previously in a classroom or hallway can have a booth here.

Booth: Space Size – 5’ x 8’

Electricity: Electricity may be available for some booths. Extension cords are not included. Please bring your own. Vendors needing electricity should select booth spaces near walls. Electricity is not guaranteed.

Entry/Booth Fees: (No refunds)

$50 – One Booth (5’ x 8’)

$90 – Two Booths (Promo Code: Craftfestival10)

$130 – Three Booths (Promo Code: Craftfestival20)

$170 – Four Booths (Promo Code: Craftfestival30)

Entry Deadline: Returning vendors should register and pay by August 1, 2023. After August 1, spots will be offered to the general public.

Event Policy: As this is an invitational craft show, we reserve the right to reject vendors for any reason, including duplication of product offerings. (A refund will be issued for vendors rejected. Refunds will NOT be made for other reasons, including inability of vendor to attend the show.) We also reserve the right to change booth locations. Electricity is not guaranteed for any booth space. Exhibitors must stay the entire duration of the show. Tables and chairs must be supplied by the exhibitor with tablecloth reaching the floor. Use grey duct tape only on the floor. - This event has a no refund policy.
